Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how payMF (“payMF,” “we,” “us”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], based in Las Vegas, Nevada, collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website, contact us, apply for services or explore a partnership with us.
Our sister company, callMF, runs its own services and may have its own privacy policy. This policy covers payMF and this website.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our Apply Now or Partnerships forms, or contact us by email or phone, we collect the details you provide:
- Apply Now form: name, email address, phone number, business type, website URL and any comments you add.
- Partnerships form: name, company, email address, phone number and any comments you add.
- Anything else you choose to tell us when you email or call.
Additional application information. To evaluate a merchant account or other service, we or our banking and processing partners may need more information, such as business, ownership, banking or identity details. We collect that through a separate secure process, not through the website forms. Please do not enter Social Security numbers, card numbers, bank account numbers or passwords in the forms or in email.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our website hosting platform may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring page and the date and time of your visit, using cookies and similar technologies. [Add or remove: analytics tool used on the site, e.g. Google Analytics, or “We do not use analytics tools.”]
Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google when a page loads.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and follow up on applications and partnership requests.
- To evaluate your business, match you with suitable banking and processing solutions, and submit applications on your behalf.
- To provide and support our services, including DisputeKiller.
- To contact you by phone, email or text about your request.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and detect fraud or misuse.
- To meet legal, regulatory, card brand and banking-partner requirements.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. [Confirm this statement is accurate for your business, and add “or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising” if you run ad pixels.] We share it only as described below.
- Banks, processors and partners. With acquiring banks, payment processors, gateways and other partners so they can review and underwrite your application or provide services to you.
- Affiliates. With our sister company callMF where needed to provide services you request or to operate our business.
- Service providers. With vendors that help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, form handling, communications, customer relationship management and analytics, under obligations to protect the information.
- Legal and safety. With regulators, card brands, courts, law enforcement or others when required by law or to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the payment system.
- Business changes. In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.
Merchant and customer data we handle for clients
When we provide services to a merchant, including DisputeKiller chargeback prevention, we may handle information about that merchant’s customers on the merchant’s behalf. That information is used to deliver the service and is governed by our agreement with the merchant and the merchant’s own privacy policy. If you are a customer of one of our merchants and have a privacy request, please contact that merchant first. You can also email us and we will point you in the right direction.
Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files stored on your device. They help the site work, remember settings and understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as expected. Because there is no common standard for “Do Not Track” signals, our site may not respond to them.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, including to follow up on requests, provide services, resolve disputes, and meet legal, accounting, banking and card brand record-keeping requirements. After that we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Access from other countries
Our team, affiliates and service providers, including outsourced support teams, may work outside the United States. Your information may therefore be accessed or processed in countries whose data protection laws differ from those where you live.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@paymf.site. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link or contact us. To stop calls or texts, tell us or reply STOP.
State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, including California, Nevada and other states, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct or delete it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, and to not be treated unfairly for exercising these rights. To make a request, email info@paymf.site. We may need to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent. We will respond within the time required by law. Some information we handle in connection with financial products and services is exempt from certain state privacy laws; if that applies to your request, we will tell you.
Nevada residents. Nevada law lets you submit a request to opt out of the future sale of certain personal information. We do not currently sell covered information, but you may still send a request to info@paymf.site.

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
